1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Replora (the "Service"), developed by Aelorix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Meta and Instagram Compliance
Replora provides automation tools that interact with the Meta Graph API and Instagram Messenger API. By using our Service, you explicitly agree to the following:
- You are bound by, and will strictly adhere to, the official Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- You will not use Replora to send unsolicited spam, abusive, or harassing direct messages.
- You are solely responsible for the content of the automated messages sent from your connected Instagram account.
- Replora is an independent tool and is not officially endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and the Facebook OAuth tokens that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, or promote illegal activities.
- Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on Replora or the Meta Graph API (e.g., intentionally evading API rate limits).
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy or Meta's Platform Policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Replora, Aelorix, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- The suspension, restriction, or banning of your Instagram Business Account by Meta due to the content of your automated messages or violation of rate limits.
Disclaimer: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that Instagram will not temporarily or permanently restrict your account if you violate their spam policies using our automation tools.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
