Replora Login is a Facebook-integrated app. We do not save your personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to run your automation rules. However, according to Meta Platform rules and international privacy laws, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your user data from our systems.
You can remove your data using either of the two methods below.
Method 1: Remove Access via Facebook
You can completely sever the connection between your Instagram account and Replora directly from your Facebook settings. Doing this will instantly stop all automations and webhooks.
- Log in to your Facebook account that is linked to your Instagram Business page.
- Click your profile picture in the top right, then click Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Security and Login, then find Business Integrations (or search for "Business Integrations" in the settings search bar).
- Find Replora in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove next to Replora.
- Confirm your choice in the popup window.
*Note: This will immediately revoke our access to your Instagram account. We will purge your associated automation rules and webhook logs from our active database within 30 days of this disconnection.
Method 2: Immediate Data Erasure Request
If you want your data wiped from our servers immediately without waiting for the automated purge, or if you want to delete your entire Replora workspace, follow these steps:
- From your Dashboard: Log in to your Replora workspace, navigate to Settings > Danger Zone, and click "Delete Workspace". This will permanently erase your account, rules, and logs immediately.
- Via Email Request: Send an email to privacy@replora.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account or your Instagram handle. Our team will manually scrub your data within 48 hours and confirm via email.
What data gets deleted?
When you submit a deletion request or remove our app from Facebook, we delete:
- Your Facebook/Instagram Access Tokens.
- Your Automation Rules and message templates.
- All webhook logs containing comments and DM delivery statuses.
- Your workspace email and login credentials.
